Will I get a discount if I buy multiple plugins?
For agencies and developers with a lot of projects, we offer subscriptions for 5 or 25 websites and if you purchase such subscriptions, you can expect significant saving.

Can I buy the plugin and use it on a customer site?
As much as possible. However, please note that we will support the plugin for you as a subscription holder, if the customer has questions about the plugin they should contact you.

Can I create an account without placing an order?
An account on our website is automatically created when you place your first order. It is not possible to create an account without making a purchase.
I’m unable to complete my payment – what should I do?
Payment problems are usually caused by temporary errors (e.g. Google reCAPTCHA, VIES service unavailability).
Please try the following:
- Wait a while and try again.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try a different browser (or incognito mode).
- Try another device (e.g. phone, tablet).
- Try using a different internet connection (some networks may block certain services).

Do you offer WooCommerce store maintenance services?
No, we do not provide WooCommerce store maintenance services directly at WP Desk.
We specialize in developing and improving WooCommerce plugins and in providing product-related support for them.
If you need comprehensive WooCommerce store maintenance – including updates, monitoring, technical work, and ongoing support – we recommend using the services of our trusted partner company: WordCare, which specializes in professional WordPress and WooCommerce care.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. If you would like to delete your account, please contact us.
Subscriptions
Can I change my subscription email?
We discourage you from changing the e-mail address that has already been assigned to your subscription. Therefore, please verify your e-mail address carefully, before the purchase itself, as you will not be able to change it for the duration of your subscription.
The subscription is permanently assigned to a specific email address, and a change of address may cause unforeseen problems with the subscription system. Among other things, activation or the sending of notifications of subscription expiry dates.
If you have already purchased a subscription and assigned it to a different e-mail address than you had planned before purchase, you should wait until your subscription expires. With its renewal, place a new order for the same plug-in using the correct e-mail address.
How do I extend the update and support options for another year?
You can renew your subscription at any time before your subscription expires. You can do this by logging in on the My Account page. If your subscription expires, you will need to place a new order to receive updates and support.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, retaining its terms for one year from the date of purchase.

How many subscriptions should I buy?
We treat each site within WordPress Multisite as a separate website. If you want to use our plugins on two sites, you should buy two subscriptions (if on three, then three, etc.).
Can I pay once instead of using a subscription model?
All of our plugin licenses are sold as annual subscriptions. Each subscription includes one year of plugin updates and support. After this period, you can renew your subscription to continue receiving updates and support.
One-time purchases are not available - you must have an active subscription to receive updates and support.
Do I need to do anything after renewing my subscription?
Our plugins have a built-in license system that automatically detects your subscription status.
After renewing, there's nothing you need to do. Just make sure you have the latest version of the plugin installed. If not, we recommend updating it following this guide.
What if my plugin says the subscription is inactive even though I’ve renewed it?
- Please log in to your account and go to My Account > Downloads.
- Download the plugin and install it following this guide.
- After installation, go to Dashboard > Updates in your WordPress admin to refresh the license cache.
Can I change the license type (e.g. from 1 site to 25 sites)?
Currently, the option to change the license type (upgrade or downgrade) is temporarily unavailable.
We are working on restoring this functionality. Until then, it is not possible to change the license type after purchase.
Plugins
What do I get when I buy the plugins?
When you buy the WP Desk plugin, you get our support and the ability to update for one year straight from your WordPress dashboard. Subscriptions can be renewed for another year automatically, or manually. Check the terms and conditions for renewing your subscription →
Can you add function X to plugin Y, or create a plugin that does Z?
All the plugins we currently have on offer are here, we don't hide anything in a drawer 😊 If a plugin is not listed, it means we don't have it, but we can probably make it.
If you have an idea for a new plugin or a new feature to an existing plugin, please tell us about it.
Plugin Updates
We offer support and updates for the plugins within one year of purchase. After this period, you can continue to use the plugins, but you will no longer receive support and updates.
After the one-year period, it is also not possible to download old versions of plugins or activate them on a new instance of WordPress. If you do not have a particular plugin downloaded, please make sure you do so before the one-year period expires, as this will not be possible afterward.
Your subscription is assigned to a specific instance during activation. You will be able to use a particular plugin for any length of time, but after one year your key will expire, and you will not be able to activate with it until you renew your subscription. As long as your key is valid, you are free to activate it on different WordPress instances.
What's the difference between the free and PRO versions of your plugins?
Most of our free plugins offer basic features. The PRO versions include extended functionality and come with support and updates. You can find a comparison between the free and PRO versions in the plugin's documentation.
How do I activate the PRO version after purchasing?
- After purchasing the PRO version, download it from My Account > Downloads.
- Then, install it on your store using this guide.
Do plugin add-ons require the PRO version of the base plugin?
Yes – (almost) all of our add-ons require the PRO version of the corresponding plugin.
There are two exceptions:
- Flexible Subscriptions – this plugin is available only as a free base version. However, all of its add-ons are paid.
- ShopMagic for WooCommerce – this plugin is also available only as a free base version. It offers both free and premium add-ons, which you can explore here.
Can I download an older version of the plugin?
According to our Terms & Conditions, you can download the plugin files for as long as your subscription remains active. The latest version of the plugin is always available in your account panel under My Account > Downloads.
We generally do not provide older plugin versions. However, if you have a justified need to use an earlier release (for example, for compatibility reasons), please contact our support team. After reviewing your request, we will do our best to offer an appropriate solution.
Do you provide plugin installation and configuration services?
No, we do not offer installation or configuration services for plugins in customers’ stores.
However, we provide full product-related support and answer questions regarding plugin functionality, configuration options, and capabilities.
If you need hands-on assistance with installing and configuring a plugin directly in your store, we recommend our trusted partner company: WordCare, which specializes in professional WordPress and WooCommerce maintenance and support services.

Do you issue invoices?

Will I get a refund for the plugin?

What is your support policy?
We offer priority e-mail support for all our paying customers with a valid support and updates subscription. Before you submit a ticket, please make sure to read the plugin docs →
The support works on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, CEST UTC+2, European time. We respond to most requests within a few hours, but periodically it may take us longer to answer a question. During holidays we may further limit the availability of support, but we will always inform you of this in advance.
Support is provided for the use and configuration of plugins. We do not offer support for making your own modifications to the plugins themselves. Exceptions are additional modules, for example the invoice template in the case of the WooCommerce Invoices plugin.
Can I request invoice data correction?
Yes, we can adjust the invoice data upon request. Please contact us.
Where can I check the history of my support requests?
We do not provide a customer panel with a support request history. All communication with our support team is handled via email.
To find your previous requests, please check your email inbox and search for messages containing the phrase “WP Desk”. All support requests are available as email conversations.
Do you provide support for free plugins?
Yes, support for free plugins is provided via the official WordPress forum.
Go to the relevant plugin in the WordPress repository, click the “Support” tab, and create a new topic.
