Affiliates Terms & Conditions

  1. The Regulations set forth the rules, scope and terms and conditions of the participation in the WP Desk Affiliate Program.
  2. Entrepreneurs and companies under civil law may participate in the Affiliate Program.
  3. In order to participate in the Affiliate Program, it is necessary to set up WP Desk Affiliate account and to accept the regulations.
  4. WP Desk reserves the right to verify an application of prospective Affiliate for participation in the Program and the right to refuse the participation in the Program without giving the reason.
  5. As part of the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate shall promote the WP Desk products by posting on its website promotional materials and affiliate links to the WP Desk website.
  6. As part of the Affiliate Panel, WP Desk shall provide statistics of the Affiliate Program, i.a. visits from affiliate links and commissions, which are the basis for the settlements between WP Desk and Affiliate.
  7. After purchasing the WP Desk products by recommended Customer through an affiliate link, a commission shall be calculated in favor the Affiliate.
  8. After purchasing the WP Desk products by recommended Customer, such a Customer shall be assigned to the Affiliate, while the Affiliate shall receive additional remuneration with every next purchase made by that Customer.
  9. No commission shall be calculated in favor of the Affiliate, if:
    1. The Customer clicked an affiliate link of another Affiliate before.
    2. The Customer has returned the Product.
  10. Value of the commission for recommending the Customer and his next purchases is specified in the Affiliate Panel.
    1. Value of the commission may be determined individually for every Affiliate while entering into cooperation. The commission value may be adjusted only after prior Affiliate's and WP Desk's approval.
    2. Value of the commission may be determined individually for every Product and adjusted without prior notice given to Affiliate.
  11. Commissions accumulated by the Affiliate shall be added up within the account and shall be available in the Affiliate Panel. Resources shall be settled maximally twice per month. Minimal amount to be paid shall be 100 USD net.
  12. A list of commissions prepared by WP Desk shall be the only basis for payment of the Affiliate's remuneration.
  13. Remuneration shall be paid to the Affiliate within 7 [seven] days after invoice delivery to WP Desk, by money transfer or to PayPal account. All transaction and handling fees will be covered by the Affiliate.
  14. The Affiliate agrees to issue invoices in accordance with the regulations concerning the British limited liability company not being a taxpayer of VAT. Read how to issue a proper invoice.
  15. In case of resignation from participation in the Affiliate Program, commissions shall be added up as of the day of offering its resignation and shall be paid regardless of their value.
  16. The Affiliate may file a complaint related to operation of the Affiliate Program through the contact form provided on the WP Desk website.
  17. Complaints shall be handled within 30 days after receipt, and the Affiliate shall be informed about the outcome of complaint handling procedure by an e-mail sent to the address specified in the contact form.
  18. WP Desk reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, however the Affiliate shall be informed about this fact at least 14 days before such a suspension or termination by an e-mail sent to the address specified in the Affiliate's account.
  19. In case of suspension or termination of the Affiliate Program, WP Desk shall add up all accumulated commissions as of the day of that fact and shall pay them regardless of their value.
  20. Participation in the Affiliate Program shall not be assigned to another entity, especially the Affiliate's rights and obligations shall not be assigned, sold or otherwise disposed of, in particular between the Affiliates.
  21. The Affiliate agrees not to manipulate with acquired commissions, in particular, but not limited to:
    1. not to set up fictional Customer accounts in order to acquire a commission,
    2. mislead users regarding the purpose or nature of WP Desk products,
    3. bid on or use WP Desk name, product names or misspelled keywords for the purpose of PPC on Internet search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask etc.),
    4. offer cash back, rewards or other incentives to drive traffic/sales with affiliate links,
    5. offer coupons or imply getting a coupon or discount by using the affiliate link,
    6. use cookie stuffing techniques that set the tracking cookie without the user actually clicking on the affiliate link,
    7. use WP Desk name or misspelled keywords in domain names.

    Any such activities shall result in immediate blocking of the Affiliate's account without payment of accumulated commissions.

  22. WP Desk shall inform the Affiliate about any changes in operation of the Affiliate Program, by an e-mail sent to the address specified in the Affiliate's account.
  23. The Affiliate gives consent to proceeding of its personal data by WP Desk for the purposes of realization of the Affiliate Program. The Affiliate gives consent to receiving e-mails concerning the Affiliate Program sent by WP Desk to the address specified in the Affiliate's account.
  24. WP Desk shall not be liable for non-performance of improper performance of the obligations arising from these Regulations, if the above was occasioned by Force Majeure events or resulted from the faults lying on a part of other entities, whose behavior is beyond its control. In addition, WP Desk shall not be liable for any damages resulted from improper work of computer equipment and computer software.
