WP Desk Team Autumn General Meeting - Customer support extended waiting time

Those of you who know us better and use our plugins for a while probably know we are periodically organizing the whole team meetings. We are gathering to discuss all the suggestions about the changes, fixes and new features you send us as well as to plan the plugins' development strategy for the next few months.

No office company

Due to the fact we live in the different parts of the world, we are working remotely on a daily basis. Distance is no matter for us, however, working such way we do not have a common office where we meet everyday. That's why, we periodically organize a few-days-meetings when we can spend some time together and discuss all the important issues.

During these meetings, we share experience, deeply analyze all the suggestions we receive from you and prepare a schedule of their implementation. All we do this way is to make sure that our plugins fully meet your needs and expectations.

Customer support extended waiting time

The next meeting we organize will take place on October 2-5, 2019. Therefore, we'd like to inform you that during these dates, the Customer Support response waiting time may be extended. In the following days our Support Team will only provide limited service, which may result in you receiving an answer to your questions after a slightly longer time than usual. However, we will do our best to answer any of your questions no later than Monday, October 7.

Therefore, we are asking you for patience. Please be assured that we will respond to all messages you send us and provide assistance in resolving any problems you report. It may just take us a little longer than usual this time. We hope it meets with your understanding - we want to constantly improve our offer and develop our plugins the way you need!

Where to look for help?

During these dates, we encourage you to use our Knowledge Base and plugins' documentation as well as the FAQ section. We strive to gradually expand them to contain all necessary information about our plugins, their configuration and how to solve the technical problems.
